The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction of Teachers at Boarding School

The purpose of this study is to determine how organizational tradition, work environment, and behavior effect trainer activity delight. This employs quantitative methodologies makes use strategies for gathering facts from the distribution questionnaires library records. 74 teachers made up study's sample. analytical method used has been multiple linear regression. Using data analysis tool SPSS 20.0. With a sig F value 0.000 < alpha 0.05 an f-count 10.821 > f-table 2.160, findings show that culture, discipline, environment all have impact on teacher job satisfaction. t 0.003 t-count 3.031 1.993 in t-table, results test demonstrate significant link between Organizational culture strongly influences satisfaction, with 0.040 2.092 t-table 1.993. Work discipline considerable teachers' 2.234 0.029 0.05.
